Yes, Our MD is The New IBAG President!

YES, OUR MD IS THE NEW IBAG PRESIDENT! 

Our Chief Servant, Shaibu Ali’s journey began at KEK, when he, fresh out of university, was handpicked by our late founder, The Great Kwesi Essel-Koomson, whom we all fondly called ‘Chief’, after only one encounter at a Vandals meeting.

Shaibu is one of the key people responsible for laying the foundation of KEK Insurance Brokers, the leading insurance broking firm in Ghana since 1992. KEK Insurance Brokers has gone on to birth seven branches across the country, KEK Reinsurance Brokers, and two other insurance broking subsidiaries in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

KEK Reinsurance, the first and leading reinsurance broking firm in Ghana was set up and ran by Shaibu before recently returning to the parent company where he began his journey into the world of insurance, as our Managing Director.

To our Chief Servant, Mentor, Teacher, and Friend, we congratulate you on being elected as the 10th President of IBAG (Insurance Brokers Association of Ghana).
