KEK Insurance Brokers Management Retreat 2024

From Thursday, August 1st to Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, KEK Insurance Brokers held its annual Management Retreat at the picturesque Aqua Safari Resort in Big Ada, Greater Accra Region. This event brought together our leadership team to reflect on our progress vis-à-vis target set for the year and strategize for a prosperous future.
The retreat commenced with a look back at our milestones and accomplishments over the past year. The various team shared insights into their performance, growth, challenges and projected ways to ensure we are on track to achieving end of year success.
Our goal is to continue leading the insurance industry with excellence and innovation, ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Beyond the strategic sessions, the retreat offered numerous opportunities for team building and collaboration. Interactive activities fostered a spirit of camaraderie and teamwork, reinforcing our commitment to working together towards common goals.
Our Managing Director, Shaibu Ali, encouraged us to consistently strive for excellence in achieving our goals. He emphasized the importance of unit heads ensuring that targets are met.
As part of our commitment to social responsibility, we discussed ways to continue to impact our society through worthy and meaningful project. Our focus on environmental stewardship and community engagement continues to guide our corporate social responsibility initiatives.
